Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• A deposit is required to secure your reservation
• Full payment is due 30 days before your arrival date
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment

Minimum Age Requirements

Guests must be at least 12 years old for game drives and 16 years old for eVTOL aerial safaris. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Group Size Limitations

To ensure an intimate experience and minimize environmental impact, we limit group sizes to 8 guests for game drives and 4 guests for eVTOL experiences.

Payment Schedule

• 50% deposit required at time of booking
• Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival
• Late payment may result in booking cancellation

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways.

Currency and Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices include accommodation, meals, and specified activities but exclude international flights, visas, and personal expenses.

Cancellation by Guest

• More than 60 days: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 30-60 days: 50% refund
• 15-30 days: 25% refund
• Less than 15 days: No refund

Cancellation by Changamire Camp

We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, safety concerns, force majeure). In such cases, we will provide a full refund or reschedule your visit at no additional cost.

Guest Responsibilities

• Follow all safety instructions provided by guides
• Maintain appropriate distance from wildlife
• Wear provided safety equipment during activities
• Inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements
• Carry comprehensive travel insurance

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure guest safety, wildlife viewing involves inherent risks. Changamire Camp's liability is limited to the cost of your booking. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and medical insurance.

Medical Requirements

Guests must be in reasonable physical condition. Certain activities may have specific health requirements. Please consult your physician regarding necessary vaccinations and health precautions.

Wildlife Viewing Guidelines

• No feeding or touching of wild animals
• Maintain quiet behavior during wildlife encounters
• Follow photography guidelines to minimize disturbance
• Stay in designated areas and vehicles unless authorized

Accommodation Standards

We strive to maintain high standards of accommodation and service. However, remote locations may occasionally experience limitations in utilities or services due to environmental factors.

We can accommodate most dietary requirements with advance notice. Please inform us of any allergies or special dietary needs at the time of booking.
